| 摘 要： | 研究了几(多)种(常见)环境因子变化对漂浮浒苔孢子繁殖的影响,证实适当程度的环境胁迫能够促进浒苔孢子放散,且不同因子对浒苔孢子放散的影响不同,其中盐度变化的影响最为显著。在试验各项环境因子中,盐度变化各组对浒苔孢子放散的刺激作用均十分显著,而降低盐度比升高盐度效果更明显,其中盐度从30‰降低到10‰的试验组孢子放散量最大。此外,温度变化、干出失水后复水、藻体片段化均能促进孢子放散。研究结果表明,孢子繁殖是浒苔应对环境胁迫的一种有效方式,为探索浒苔绿潮种源发生提供了证据,也为研究浒苔绿藻暴发机制和治理浒苔绿潮提供了启示。
