马铃薯淀粉废水混凝预处理研究

摘    要:采用模拟试验方法研究PAC、FeCl3和Al2(SO4)3混凝剂对马铃薯淀粉废水的混凝预处理效果.通过对废水处理前后各项指标及处理成本等各方面因素进行综合分析,结果得知,Al2(SO4)3作为马铃薯淀粉废水的混凝剂较为合适,此时Al2(SO4)3的最佳投药量为500 mg/L,对废水的COD去除率可达到34%左右.

Abstract:The paper mainly discussed the PAC,FeCl_3 and Al_2(SO_4)_3 coagulant effect on the potato starch wastewater.All of the indexes of the wastewater before and after the treatment,and the costs were analyzed synthetically.The results showed that Al_2(SO_4)_3 was the suitable coagulant to concrete the potato starch wastewater.On condition that the optimum dosage of Al_2(SO_4)_3 was 500 mg/L,the COD removal rate achieved 34%.
