高速摄像技术在两相流场籽粒运动测量中的应用

摘    要:利用高速摄像技术研究多相流场物料籽粒运动规律。文章以振动输送装置中物料籽粒运动测量中的应用为例,采用高速摄像系统连续采集流场的图像,然后进行图像的分析和处理。对物料籽粒的运动轨迹、速度信息进行测量的结果表明,利用高速摄像可以很好的研究多相流场的物料籽粒运动规律。

Abstract:Grain motion law in gas-solid phase flow field was researched by using high-speed video camera system(HSVCS).The paper,taking the application of grain motion measurement in vibration delivery device as an example,continuously collected images of flow field by HSVCS,and then analyzed and processed these images.On the basis of experiment results at gas-solid phase flow,grain motion track and velocity were obtained.The result showed that HSVCS technology can be well applied to study grain motion law at gas-solid two phase flow.
