摘    要:土壤中的根瘤菌与宿主植物的共生结瘤过程中,豆科植物可以通过分泌氨基酸,有机酸,糖类,有机酚及其他的次级代谢产物的种类及丰度来影响根圈范围内微生物的群体种类及数量。豆科植物可以通过分泌趋化性物质如糖蛋白等协助根瘤菌吸附在合适的侵染位点,从而增加自身被感

Abstract:This study takes Sinorhizobium sp.1128 as the research subject. Using promoterless kanamycin resistance gene (Kmr)on transposon on plasmid pZJ260 as reporter gene and seed exudates of host plant alfalfa as inducers, we screened several target genes from transposon insertion mutants libraries. In this study, 4 mutants (smA,snB,smC and smD), which have transposon inserted in seed-exudates-inducing genes, were isolated. By arbitrary PCR, DNA sequence and BLAST analysis, they were identified to be homologous to LysE exporter family, histidine ammonia-lyase, imidazolonepropionase and NADH:flavin oxidoreductase, respectively. lacZ fusion experiments confirmed lysE(named ssiA)-lacZ fusion can be induced by seed exudates. By different amino acids inducing and growth inhibition of bacterial of CAN, we suppose the function of the gene could relate to CAN exporting
