高校思想政治教育实效性研究的回顾与思考

增强思想政治教育的实效性是高校思想政治教育实践中亟待解决的重大实践问题。提升高校思想政治教育的实效性，有助于促进党的执政能力的提升和社会主义和谐社会的构建，并对培养高素质的人才及社会主义精神文明建设有积极意义。然而，目前我国高校思想政治教育面临着学生、学校和社会等多个层面的问题，导致其实效性存有不足。当前，高校应在强调以人为本、注重系统和各个方面研究的同时，积极加强相关理论的研究、实证调研、多视角和多学科的综合研究。

Review and reflection on the effectiveness of the ideological and political education research in colleges and universities

Enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education is significant practice question which the university urgently awaits to be solved.To enhance the effectiveness contributes to the building of ruling ability and socialist harmonious society's construction.However,our ideological and political education is facing the student,the school and many stratification questions,which cause its effectiveness to have the insufficiency.At present,colleges and universities should stress people-oriented politics,and focus on all aspects of research.At the same time,the theory of active research, empirical research,multi-perspective and multi-disciplinary research should be strengthened.
