| 摘 要： | 简述了保护生物学和生态旅游的产生和发展，并讨论了生态旅游的内涵。从当前我国自然保护区开展的生态旅游的发展现况，特别是存在的问题，提出了在生态旅游中应该注重利用保护生物学的几个重要原理：资源可持续利用原理、生物多样性原理、岛屿生物学原理、保护生物学生态伦理。

| Abstract: | The development processes of conservation biology and ecotourism were reviewed a nd the connotation of ecotourism was discussed. According to the problems exist ing in the ecotourism of nature reserves in China, some important principles on the application of conservation biology were put forward in developing ecotouris m for the nature reserves, including resource sustainable utilization principle, species diversity principle, island biology principle and ecologic ethic for co nservation biology. |
