摘    要:为了探明东北区甜菜单胚不育系的遗传基础和类群划分,使用SRAP分子标记技术对48份东北区甜菜单胚品系骨干材料的遗传多样性进行分析。筛选出21对多态性较高的引物组合对供试材料进行PCR扩增,共扩增出366条带,其中196条是多态性带,平均多态性条带比率是53.6%。平均遗传距离是0.3945,平均遗传相似系数是0.6740。利用MEGA3.1软件,在遗传距离0.20处,供试材料被分为5个类群。结果表明,东北区48份甜菜单胚品系骨干材料的遗传多样性较为丰富,利用各类不育系做亲本,将可获得杂交优势好的杂交组合。

Abstract:SRAP molecule marker was used to test the genetic diversity of 48 monogerm genotypes of sugarbeet in order to research the genetic basis and divide class group of monogerm sterile lines in the northeast of China.21 of 60 pairs primer were obtained on basis of availability.A total 366 unambiguous bands were obtained,196 of total were polymorphic.The average ratio of polymorphic bands was 53.6%,Compute over-all mean showed that genetic distance was 0.3945,genetic similarity coefficient among varieties was 0.6740.The materials were divided into five cluster groups based on cluster analysis by MEGA3.1.The genotypes of 48 materials showed high level of genetic diversity,with the sterile lines as parents,and good hybrid combinations could be obtained.
