| 摘 要： | 通过对婴幼儿乳粉中阪崎肠杆菌的菌落形态、生化特性等方面的试验,确定采用灭菌蒸馏水(DW)前增菌、肠道菌增菌肉汤(EE)增菌、显色培养基(X--αGlcA)分离培养、再以API20E生化系统鉴定的方法为检出该菌的理想方法。

| Abstract: | The experiment is conducted to detect the colony morphology,physiology and biochemistry of Enterobacter sakazakii.The result showed that the ideal method to detect the content of Enterobacter sakazakii in the infant formula was using sterile distilled water(DW) to pre-increase bacteria,Enterobacter bacteria broth(EE) to increase bacteria,color medium Agar(X-α-GlcA) to separate bacteria,and API20E biochemical system identi-fication. |
