不同化性苜蓿切叶蜂在滞育解除与滞育后发育上的差异

摘    要:研究了不同化性苜蓿切叶蜂(Megachile rotundata F.)前蛹在5℃条件下处理不同时间后,在滞育解除和滞育后发育上的差异.试验结果表明:在各阶段的滞育解除过程中,二化性种群羽化总是早于一化性种群,滞育完全解除后,在30℃、相对湿度为70%下加温,二化性种群雄蜂比一化性种群雄蜂羽化提前2.00 d,雌蜂羽化提前1.67 d,羽化高峰期提前2.00 d.

Abstract:Differences in diapause termination and post-diapause development between two voltinism lines of alfalfa leafcutter bees,Megachile rotundata F., were studied.The results showed that the bivoltine line always emerged earlier than the unvoltine line after treatment with low temperature for different days. After complete diapause termination,the start emergence times for male and female and the emergence peak in bivoltine line were 2.00,1.67 and 2.00 days earlier than those in univoltine line,respectively.
