除虫菊花渣在生长肥育猪中的营养价值评定

选取健康、胎次相近的约克×长白×撒坝三元杂交阉公猪4头,采用全收粪(尿)法,对试验猪在体重20~50 kg和60~90kg两个阶段饲喂除虫菊花渣日粮,分别测定了其养分表观消化率、消化能和蛋白质生物学价值。结果表明,在20~50 kg阶段,除虫菊花渣的粗蛋白(CP)、粗纤维(CF)、无氮浸出物(NFE)和粗脂肪(EE)的表观消化率分别为45.78%、24.27%、79.49%和53.55%,表观消化能(DE)为8.53 MJ/kg;在60~90 kg阶段,其CP、CF、NFE和EE的表观消化率分别为56.29%、40.52%、79.66%和64.62%,DE为9.16 MJ/kg。两个阶段除虫菊花渣的CP、CF和EE的消化率之间相比较,差异显著(P<0.05);60~90 kg阶段丝氨酸(Ser)、组氨酸(His)、赖氨酸(Lys)的表观消化率显著高于20~50 kg阶段(P<0.05),其他氨基酸的表观消化率两个阶段无明显差异。前后两阶段除虫菊花渣的氮沉积率分别为17.48%、30.14%,差异极显著(P<0.01);蛋白质表观生物学价值(ABV)分别为45.67%、40.64%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。

Study on the nutritional value of Pyrethrum cinerariioflium Trev residue for growing-finishing pigs

Four crossbred barrows were used to evaluate the nutritional value of Pyrethrum cinerariioflium Trev residue(PCTR).The conventional method of collecting feces and urine was used to determine the apparent digestibility of organic nutrients,apparent digestible energy(DE),N retention(NR) and apparent protein biological value(ABV) of PCTR on two periods(20-50 kgBW,60-90 kgBW).The results showed that there were significant differences between two different periods of pigs(P<0.05)in apparent digestibility value of crude protein(CP),crude fiber(CF),nitrogen-free extract(NFE),ether extract(EE).The digestibility value of CP,CF,NFE,and EE was 45.78 %,29.27 %,79.49 %,53.55 % in 20-50 kg BW period,respectively;56.29 %,40.52 %,79.66 %,64.62 %in 60-90 kg BW period,respectively.The value of DE was 8.53 MJ/ kg and 9.16 MJ/ kg in two periods,respectively.The digestibility of serine histidine,and lysine was higher in 60-90 kg BW period than in 20-50 kg BW(P<0.05).The digestibility of the other amino acids was not significantly different between in two periods.NR of PCTR was 17.48 %,30.14 %(P<0.01),respectively;and ABV was 45.67 %,40.64 %(P>0.05)in two periods,respectively.
