中国李幼果生长发育初期氨基酸的变化

摘    要:中国李(Prunus slicina Lindl.)幼果初期发育过程中,出现17种氨基酸,其中中性氨基酸含量最高,酸性氨基酸次之,碱性氨基酸含量最少。花后6天氨基酸占干重的百分含量达最高峰。蛋氨酸的变化和对照相比,变化持殊,值得进一步研究。


STUDY ON THE CHANGES OF AMINO ACIDS DURING INITIAL STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PLUM (Prunus salieina Lindl.)FRUIT
Abstract:There were 17 kinds of amino acids in the initial stage of development of young fruit. Among the amino acids inyount plum fruit, marked differences in the contents of different groups of amino acids were observed-Neutral amino acids, Acidic amino acids, Basic amino acids. 6 days after blossom, the percentage ratio of amino acids in dry matter reached the peaks. Furthermore, we found the change of methionine content was paricularly remarkable comparing with control. It is suggested that advanced studies on methionine is worth one's while.
