Abstract:Summary The rates of recovery from cryogenic storage of suspension cultures of the Japonica rice cultivar Taipei 309, as determined by the reduction of triphenyl tetrazolium chloride and cell regrowth, were significantly influenced by the embryogenic potential of the non-frozen cultures.
