几种化学药剂对家蚕微孢子虫在家蚕BmN细胞中发育、增殖的抑制

摘    要:通过5种对家蚕微孢子虫发育有抑制作用的化学药剂--脓微灵、防微灵、蒿甲醚、三眠素和硫酸喹咛不同处理时期、时间在体外对家蚕微孢子虫发育、增殖影响的研究表明:供试的5种化学药剂对家蚕微孢子虫体外发育、增殖均产生不同程度的抑制作用。脓微灵的显抑制作用的时期表现在从接种0h开始的处理区,孢子形成数仅为对照的11.89%~15.68%,主要体现为对微孢子虫、芽体的杀灭作用或对微孢子发芽的抑制作用。防微灵、蒿甲醚、三眠素和硫酸喹咛对家蚕微孢子虫体外发生、增殖抑制作用最显的时期,均表现在接种24h~72h,从裂殖体分裂、增殖到孢子形成期之前这一对外界环境条件的变化最为敏感的发育阶段,尤以48h~72h最有效,其孢子形成数为对照的22%~38%。而抑制作用与化学药剂作用时间长短的相关性则不十分明显。

Abstract:Five chemicals, NONGWEILING, FANGWEILING, GAOJIAMI, SANMINSU and Quinine sulfate are used to treat Nosema bombycis growing inside silkworm BmN cells in vitro in different growth stages and different time. All chemicals used could inhibit the development and proliferation of N. bombycis, but their inhibition is different dependent on each chemical. The favour time to NONGWEILING for inhibiting N. bombycis is the handling period starting at 0 h after inoculating, in which most N. bombycis and spore buds are killed, and the germination of spores are restrained; only a few spores could format, which account for 11.89% to 15.68% of the control. The favour time to FANGWEILING, GAOJIAMI, SANMINSU and Quinine sulfate for inhibiting N. bombycis is 24 h to 72 h after inoculating, but the best inhibition is found in the period from 48 h to 72 h after inoculating in which the formatted spores account for 22% to 38% of the control. The correlation of inhibition to treatment duration of chemical is not obvious.
