不同品种大麦苗产量及营养差异比较

摘    要:对福建省选育的、生产上正在种植利用的5个大麦品种的麦苗产量及其3种营养含量进行比较试验分析,结果显示:不同大麦品种多次收割的麦苗产量,以及叶片中的叶绿素、蛋白质含量和SOD酶活性等,都存在明显差异。福大麦1号除了叶绿素含量比闽麦02稍低外,麦苗产量、蛋白质含量和SOD活性都比其它4个品种优越。试验认为,进行大麦品种筛选对于麦苗产品生产开发是必要的。

Abstract:The comparative experiment was made for analyzing the differences of barley grass yield and its nutrition contents between 5 barley varieties which bred and just used in Fujian Province.The results indicated that the yield of grass,the contents of chlorophyll and protein,and the activity of SOD were different among the tested barley varieties,among which the grass yield,protein content and SOD activity showed obviously higher in Fudamai No.1 than in other 4 varieties,and only the chlorophyll content was lower in Fudamai No.1 than in Minmai 02.This experiment suggested that it is necessary to conduct variety screening for developing barley grass product.
