山西省土肥水资源利用问题剖析及应对粮食安全的对策

通过对山西土、肥、水现状的分析,剖析了耕地数量和质量、肥料施用及水资源利用中存在的问题,及造成山西耕地生产能力低下的主要原因及差距所在,提出了应对粮食安全的对策,即保证耕地数量,提高耕地质量,增加有机肥投入,合理施用化肥,大力发展旱作节水农业,提高资源利用率和利用效率,是大幅度提高耕地综合生产能力的关键所在。

Analysis of the Utilization of Soil and Fertilizer and Water Resources and Countermeasure of Food Security in Shanxi

Soil,fertilizer and water are three fundamental key-elements.In this paper present situation of soil,fertilizer and water in Shanxi was analyzed,and problems existing in the quantity,quality and application of fertilizer in cultivated land and utilization of water resource and the reason for low productive capacities of plough in Shanxi were analyzed,too.Countermeasure of food security was put forward,that is that the key to solving grain safety and promoting the comprehensive ability of plough by a big margin is that the number of plough should be guaranteed,the quality of plough should be incresed,organic manure should be added in an appropriate level,chemical fertilizer should be used reasonably,water control agriculture in dry crop should be developed substantially,and the utilization rate and utilization efficiency of resources should be raised.
