摘    要:随着人类社会活动的发展,有色重金属污染土壤也日益引起了社会的重视,就这样,现代科学对土壤中重金属污染研究的范围也就日益广泛。常见的物理或化学修复不仅成本高,而且会对环境造成二次污染,亟需寻找一种新的修复方式来对重金属污染的土壤进行修复。生物修复有着无与伦比的优势。本文综述中分别以内生菌,抗性微生物,细菌和真菌以及微生物淋滤法等方式阐述了利用微生物治理重金属污染土壤的新技术,以便在未来更好的解决这一类问题。

Abstract:With the development of human social activities, the soil contaminated by non-ferrous heavy metals has been paid more and more attention by the society. Thus, the scope of modern scientific research on heavy metal pollution in soil has become increasingly extensive. Common physical or chemical remediation is not only costly, but also causes secondary pollution to the environment, so it is urgent to find a new remediation method to remediate the soil polluted by heavy metals. Bioremediation has unparalleled advantages. In this review, the new technologies of microbial treatment of heavy metal contaminated soil are described by endophytes, resistant microorganisms, bacteria and fungi and microbial leaching, so as to better solve this kind of problems in the future.
