基于ADAMS的低压断路器弹跳仿真研究

摘    要:通过在ADAMS中建立低压断路器触头机构模型,对它在合闸过程中的弹跳过程进行动态仿真;通过对合闸碰撞过程进行受力和运动分析,找出了影响触头弹跳的几个主要影响参数,并输入ADAMS进行优化分析,计算求解出各种优化参数;将优化后的触头系统进行仿真并与未优化前的仿真值比较。可以看到,优化后的弹跳时间显著减小,利于产品的改进及性能优化。

Abstract:In this article, I built a model of low circuit breaker contact in computer, and simulated its mechanism movement during the process of closing switch; then, researched the movement and forces in the hit. Got the main parameters affecting the contact bouncing and input ADAMS, computed and got modified parameters. At last, simulated the contact system with modified parameters and contrast with initial contract; we can saw that the bouncing time decreased obviously, this can be used in improving design of real products.
