内侧充种垂直园盘排种器充种机理的研究

内侧充种垂直园盘排种器以复式型孔为排种元件，应用多力联合充种原理，从结构工艺上改变了传统的水平园盘、垂直园盘、型孔带式等排种器仅仅依靠重力，从上而下的充种。本文从充种角度阐明其排种元件的位置和结构特点；分析了“勺径侧三作用充种方式”依靠重力、离心力、摩擦力、种子群体间推挤力以填补空间、相向速度差和同向速度差三条充种途径诸机理。

The Study on Seed-filling Mechanism of the Vertical-plate Feed of Seed-cell Fill on Inside Precise Seedmeter

The vertical-plate feed of seed-cell fill on inside precise seedmeter uses theuncovered double hole as seed-filling part. It's filling seed principle is multiple-forcesfilling seed. In the structure technology, it improved that filling seed only depending ongravity from to down by means of horizonal-plate,vertical-plate and ribbon hole typeseedmeter. From the filling seed itself this paper analysed the charaeteristies of the positionand structure of the part of throwing seed. and three seed-filling mechanisms of filling vacaey,error of the identical speed and error of the same speed. All these are used by spoon,radial and crossrange filling seed way, depending on Gravity, centrifugal force, frictionforce and packing force among the seeds.
