玉米核不育基因(ms2)对杂交种的效应研究

用核不育系（ｍｓ２／ｍｓ２）配制的４种杂交与相应常规杂交种进行产量和农艺性状比较，研究ｍｓ２基因对杂交种产量和农艺性状的影响。结果表明，该不育基因ｍｓ２对杂交种产量无显著影响，对株高、穗位高、生育时期等农艺性状也无明显明显不良反应，ｍｓ２基因对杂种的株高、穗位高、吐丝时期和抽雄至吐丝间隔的效应因品种不同而有差异。

Effect of nuclear male-sterile gene(ms2) of corn on hybrids

The effect of ms2 gene on grain yield and agronomic characters of corn hybrids was studied by comparing the four normal hybrids with the corresponding hybrids crossed with gene male sterile lines(ms2/ms2).The results showed that ms2 gene had not significant effect on grain yield,plant height,ear height and developing period of hybrid.However ms2 gene expressed some different influence on plant height,ear height,days to silk and interval days from tasseling to silking in different hybrids.
