| 摘 要： | 本文论述了忻州地区土地开发经营公司成立三年来经过实践证明:不论在土地开发、资金回收和土地经营等方面效益均十分显著。同时作者还分析研究了如何进一步完善和加强土地开发经营公司的有关问题及政策。
