| 摘 要： | 胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)是由肠道L细胞分泌的一种多肽激素。大量试验结果证明,GLP-1对养分代谢有很强的作用。GLP-1能促胰岛素分泌,降低血糖水平和抑制采食等。养分也参与对GLP-1分泌的调控。作者就GLP-1和养分代谢的关系作一综述。

| Abstract: | Glucagon-like peptide-1 is a polypeptide hormone,which is secreted from L cell of the intestine.A number of studies demonstrated GLP-1 play an important role in the regulation of metabolization.GLP-1 can increase insulin secretion,suppress the level of glucose in the blood and inhibit ingestion.The regulation of GLP-1 secretion is by nutrients.This paper make a summary of the relation of glucagon-like peptide-1 and nutrients metabolization. |
