本文阐明了家畜原代前体脂肪细胞离体培养模式及其特点、家畜原代前体脂肪细胞有血清培养模式与无血清培养模式、家畜原代前体脂肪细胞离体培养模式中激素、生长因子和细胞因子调控脂肪细胞分化的作用及脂肪细胞离体培养的分化过程以及脂肪细胞分化的鉴定。

Research Progress of In vitro Culture Model of Domestic Primary Preadipocytes

In vitro models of primary domestic preadipocytes and their features, the models of serum culture and serum-free culture of primary preadipocytes,and the factors affecting the differentiation of domestic preadipocytes in vitro were reviewed, including hormones,growth factors,cytokines. Finally ,the differentiation of adipocytes in vitro and its identification was briefly presented.
