| 摘 要： | 采用动态顶空采集吸附对侧柏在一年四季释放的挥发物进行采集,同时结合Licor-6400便携式光合系统测定仪测定其主要生理生态指标,目的是了解侧柏挥发物的主要成分、变化规律等。结果表明:一年四季侧柏共释放挥发物成分202种,包括烷烃、烯烃、炔烃、醇、酮、醛、酸、脂、芳香烃及醚10类化合物,其中烷烃和烯烃质量分数较高,烯烃中的萜烯类化合物出现频率和相对质量分数最高,因此萜烯类化合物是侧柏的主要有机挥发物;侧柏总挥发物质量分数的季节变化规律是夏季春季秋季冬季,其中在春季和冬季日变化呈"两峰两谷"形,夏季和秋季日变化呈"三峰三谷"形。总体上表现为白天从9:00—13:00和夜间从20:00—次日3:00常出现高峰,白天5:00—9:00和17:00—21:00常出现低谷。经相关分析得到,总挥发物质量分数释放与采样时温度、湿度、光照、蒸腾速率、净光合速率、气孔导度关系密切。

| Abstract: | Samples were collected by dynamic headspace method,and the physiological and ecological indexes were measured by Licor-6400 in order to study the variation of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from Platycladus orientalis in different seasons. Results showed that a total of 202 kinds of VOCs released by P. orientalis were identified in different seasons,which belong to 10 classes.
