摘    要:蛋白质是基因表达的产物,从蛋白质组水平上寻找与雄性不育系不育相关的蛋白质,进而找到相应的基因,具有重要的理论和实践意义。文章概述植物雄性不育的蛋白质组研究情况,研究结果表明不育系与保持系叶片间的蛋白质几乎没有差异,而花药中存在大量差异,说明不育基因表达具有时空性和器官特异性,与育性相关的蛋白质主要在花药中表达。

Abstract:Protein is the product of gene expression.The proteins which related to male sterility were found in the proteome and then the corresponding genes were found,which would have great theoretical and practical significance.The present paper summarized proteome researches of plant male sterility,and the research results showed that there were no differences of proteins in the leaf of sterile and maintainer lines while they had great difference in anthers.It indicated that the expression of sterile gene has time and space property and organ specificity,the proteins related to the male sterility are mainly expressed in anthers.
