| 摘 要： | 在测定洞庭湖区自然与人工养殖鱼肝脏,肌肉中7种微量元素含量的基础上,研制了鱼用饵料中的微量元素配方.经养殖试验表明.饵料中添加了微量元素的D组,鱼的生长速度、成活率,尾均重.总重明显优于其它组.此外.测定了试验中、后期池水和鱼肝及肌肉中的微量元素含量,经t检验表明,D组水样中7种微量元素含量明显高于其它组(P<0.05);试验后期鲤鱼肝脏中7种微量元素的含量,D组明显高于C组(P>0.05).由此说明,在洞庭湖区,鱼饵料中补充适宜的微量元素,不但能促进鱼的生长,而且可提高水体及鱼体内微量元素的含量.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the contents of 7 trace-elements in the liver and muscle of fish under natural and artificial rearing in Dong Ting lake area, a trace-element composition in fish feed has been worked out. The feeding experience shows that the growing speed, survival rate, average weight and yield in D group with supplemental trace elements are the best. Analysis during the experiment indicates that the contents of the 7 trace elements in the experiment dond water are significantly higher than that of others (P<0.05); the contents of the 7 trace elements in carp liver of D group is also higher than that of C group in the late period of the experiment (P<0.05). It is concluded that supplemental trace elements in fish feed not only promote fish growth but also increase the contents of trace elements in the water and fish body. |
