高比转数斜流泵模型的试验研究

摘    要:为了克服我国现有轴流泵水力模型的缺点和满足南水北调东线工程部分泵站用泵的需要,试验研究了高比特数可调节叶片科流泵211模型。主要介绍了试验装置和试验内容、方法、结果。试验首次突破了我国斜流泵比特数小于500的限制,其最高效率点(85.31%)的比特数为73l,各个叶片角度下的高效区比特数范围为566—1000。211模型具有高效区扬程范围宽、无明显的不稳定区等优点。

Abstract:Vane adjustable mixed flow pump Model 211 of high specific speed is experimental studied, in order to overcome the defect of hydraulic model of axial_flow pump of China and to meet the requirements of pumps used for pumping stations of the eastern_route sub_project of the Diverting Water from the South to the North Project. The experiment devices, contents, methods and results are mainly introduced. The experiment breaks through for the first time in China the restriction that the specific speed of mixed flow pump be less than 500, and the specific speed at the highest efficiency (85.31%) can reach 731, while the high efficiency zone is at the specific speed of 566 to 1 000 for all kinds of vane angles. The Model 211 has the merits of wide water_head range of high efficiency zone, and has no obvious non_stable performance.
