赤霉素和萘乙酸不同配比浸种对小麦幼苗生长的协同作用

摘    要:研究了赤霉素和萘乙酸不同配比浸种对小麦幼苗生长的协同作用,结果表明:GA3与NAA以1∶1配比在浓度为10 mg/L处理时对根系的促进作用最佳,13 d后根的长度、鲜重、干重分别比对照增加113.68%6、7.36%和98.08%;GA3与NAA以2∶1配比在浓度为50mg/L处理时对幼苗的地上部分促进效应最显著,13 d后苗的高度、鲜重、干重分别比对照增加16.00%、18.39%和24.44%。

Abstract:Co-ordination of GA_3 and NAA on wheat seedling growth was studied in this paper.The results showed that the ratio of GA_3 and NAA at 1∶1 with 10 mg/L was the best ratio to promote wheat root growth.The length,fresh weight and dry weight of root on 13 d after the treatment with the ratio were increased by 113.68%,67.36% and 98.08%,respectively.The ratio of GA_3 and NAA at 2∶1 with 50 mg/L was the best ratio to promote the growth of seedling.The length,fresh weight and dry weight of seedling on 13 d after the treatment with the ration was increased by 16.00%,18.39% and 24.44% respectively.
