氮肥用量及添加剂对甘蓝产量和硝酸盐含量的影响

摘    要:通过田间试验研究了不同氮肥用量、同一氮肥用量不同施肥时期及氮肥添加剂对甘蓝产量及硝酸盐含量的影响。结果表明:甘蓝的产量随着氮肥用量的增加而增加;同一氮肥用量(30kg/667m2),不同施用时期对甘蓝产量的影响不大;氮肥添加剂对甘蓝有明显的增产作用,不同添加剂对甘蓝产量的影响差异不明显。甘蓝硝酸盐含量随着氮肥用量的增加而提高;同一氮肥用量,不同施肥时期对甘蓝硝酸盐含量基本没有影响;氮肥添加剂能明显降低甘蓝硝酸盐含量,不同添加剂对甘蓝硝酸盐含量的影响差异不大。

Effect of N Fertilizer and N-regulator on Yield and Nitrate Content of Cabbage
Abstract:The effect of the amount of N fertilizer applied,different application time under same dosage and N-regulator on the nitrate content and yield of cabbage was investigated in the filed.The results showed that the nitrate content of cabbage increased as the amount of N fertilizer applied in-creased.There was no difference on nitrate content of cabbage between two different applying stages un-der the same dosage of N fertilizer applied(450kg/ha).The yield of cabbage was increased obviously by applying N-regulator.There was no difference on the yield of cabbage between two different N-reg-ulators.The nitrate content of cabbage increased as the amount of N fertilizer applied increased.But,there was no difference on the nitrate content of cabbage between two different applying stages under the same dosage of N fertilizer applied.The N-regulator decreased the nitrate content of cabbage greatly,but there was no difference on the nitrate content of cabbage between two different N-regulators.
