瓢甲敌对日本双棘长蠹的室内毒力测定

摘    要:在室内就4.5%瓢甲敌乳油施用于葡萄日本双棘长蠹的效果进行了毒力测定,测试该药剂对日本双棘长蠹越冬成虫的驱避杀伤情况。结果表明:施药后前2d,日本双棘长蠹成虫对施药枝段产生了强烈的忌避反应,忌避率为100%;施药后3—5d,忌避作用有所减弱,但仍达82.00%以上;施药后7—10d,忌避率为56.41%-74.36%。同一质量浓度下3种施药方法对日本双棘长蠢成虫的触杀效果依次为喷施法〉涂刷法〉爬行法;3种施药方法均表明,质量浓度为1.25g/L和1.00g/L时药效较好,两者间差异不显著,并显著高于0.83g/L和0.67g/L。

Abstract:Toxicity determination on the effect of 4.5% Beta-cypermethrin EC to Sinoxylon japonicum was conducted in laboratory, repellent and cytotoxicity effect of 4.5% Beta-cypermethrin EC on Sinoxylon japonicum overwintering adults were determined, the results showed:after applying 4.5% Beta-cypermethrin EC for two days, Sinoxylon japonicum adult, repellent rate was 100%;after applying 4.5% Beta-cypermethrin EC for there to five days, repellent rate decreased, but still reached more than 82.00%;after applying 4.5%...
