| 摘 要： | 研制了一种基于液压驱动的多功能播种机试验台。选用变量叶片泵与调速阀组成容积节流调速回路，实现台车行走和排种器轴转动的无级调速，调速范围分别为3～12km／h和8～100r／min。采用的丝杠螺母升降机构适应不同投种高度的排种器试验要求。试验台装有预加速装置，可最大限度地增加试验空间。为保证试验台车高速行驶时能及时制动，采用缓冲油路和机械两套制动系统。此试验台可满足各种形式排种器的试验要求。 |

| Abstract: | In order to simplify the gearing and improve the reliability of the test rig, a hydraulic system was adopted to drive the rig and the drill. A closed loop composed of a variable capacity pump and a flow control valve can change speeds of the rig and the drill smoothly. The speed range of the driving motor locates between 3 km/h to 12 km/h and the revolution range of the drill between 8 r/min to 100 r/min. The device on which the drill is set can be hoisted a meter high by the screw and locked on the guide bar by a locking device. A beforehand acceleration device was used for making the driving motor revolution to expectant number of turns before the rig moving. At the end of the experiment, we use two separate systems to brake the rig. |
