| 摘 要： | 视频点播服务可以解决传统图书馆视听服务存在的被动性、时间和空间上存在局限性的缺点。介绍了基于流媒体技术的视频点播系统，并对视频点播系统在高校图书馆电子阅览室的应用和设计实现进行了分析。
