The Operational Forms and Plans of A Giant Sprinkler Machine

This paper discusses sprinkler irrigatoin project with 60,000 ha. area which installed with 606 sets of giant sprinkler machincs. It is common concern how thc opcrational forms and plans of the giant sprinkling machines can be determined.This paper deals with this problem in following three parts:Part 1. the choice of a giant sprinkler machine; the factors of a linear moving sprinkler machine; the automatic control system in the machinc;Part 2. how to determine the limited depth of irrigation water and the operational forms for a sprinkler machine;Part 3. how to calculate the operation time and rest time for a sprinkler machine; making an operational plan when many machines were operated at the same time; calculating the flow rate in lateral intake.
