维生素A对肉鸡免疫功能的影响

摘    要:肉鸡日粮添加0-44000IU/kg不同水平维生素A,测定其血清抗体滴度,淋巴细胞转化率,血浆和肝脏维生素含量及体重。结果表明:提高日粮维生素A水平对肉鸡体重影响不大,血浆和肝脏维生素A含量增加;日粮缺乏维生素A肉鸡的抗体生成和淋巴细胞增殖反应明显低于添加维生素A肉鸡,

Abstract:Chicks were fed diets with levels of supplemented vitamin A from 0 to 44 000 IU/kgThe effect of antibody production and lymphocyts proliferative response,plasma and hepatic vitamin A concentrations and the body weights were determinedBody weights of chicks had no differences,plasma and hepatic vitamin A concentrations increased with dietary vitamin A levelsIn chicks with no added dietary vitamin A,antibody production and lymphocyte proliferative response were depressed in comparison with chicks receiving vitamin ABoth antibody production and lymphocyte proliferative response increased with dietary vitamin A until the diet contained 22 000 IU/kg,above which the response decreasedThis suggests that maximal immune response in the chick maybe achieved at dietary vitamin Aintakes higher than NRC recommendations (008)
