摘    要:目的]测定不同产地党参中金属元素的含量,并探讨产地对金属元素含量的影响。方法]将4种不同产地的党参药材用微波消解法处理,并采用原子吸收光谱法(Atomic absorption spectrometry,AAS)测定党参药材中Pb、Cd、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca、Fe和Cr等8种金属元素的含量。结果]在4种党参样品当中,Pb元素含量为0.260~0.540μg/g,Cd元素含量为0.096~0.258μg/g,Cu元素含量为0.062~0.110μg/g,Zn元素含量为0.222~0.526μg/g,Mn元素含量为0.282~0.664μg/g,Ca元素含量为27.218~36.754μg/g,Fe元素含量为2.948~10.286μg/g,Cr元素含量为0.926~2.116μg/g。其中,道真党参样品中Cd和Cu元素含量明显高于其他产地的党参样品,且微量元素Mn、Fe和Cr元素含量也高于其他样品,但微量元素Zn的含量低于其他产地的党参样品。结论]4种党参样品中,重金属元素含量均符合《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》中的规定。

Determination of Metallic Elements of Codonopsis pilosula from Different Areas

Abstract:Objective] To determine metallic elements in Codonopsis pilosula from different areas and discuss effects of different producing areas.Method]The method of acid-digestion assisted by microwave was used for pretreatment of Codonopsis pilosula from 4 different localities.The metallic elements of Pb,Cd,Cu,Zn,Mn,Ca,Fe,Cr in samples were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS).Result] The metallic elements contents varied from different localities,Pb in the range of 0.260 to 0.540 ug / g,Cd in the range of 0.096 to 0.258 ug / g,Cu in the range of 0.062 to 0.110 ug / g,Zn in the range of 0.222 to 0.526 ug / g,Mn in the range of 0.282 to 0.664 ug / g,Ca in the range of 27.218 to 36.754 ug / g,Fe in the range of 2.948 to 10.286 ug / g,Cr in the range of 0.926 to 2.116 ug / g.Cd and Cu contents in Codonopsis pilosula from Daozhen are higher than that in other places samples,as well as Mn,Fe and Cr contents,Zn content is lower than that in other places samples.Conclusion] Heavy metal content is in accordance with the stipulation of Green Trade Standards of Importing Medicinal Plants.
