| 摘 要： | 影响山羊肉质差异的因素有很多,包括品种、年龄、性别等因素。在条件相同的情况下,羊的品种及功能基因成为影响肉质的决定性因素。综述了影响山羊肉质差异的候选基因的研究进展。
