摘 要: | [目的]深入探讨烟叶中氨基酸与内在质量的关系,对于进一步采取措施提高烟叶质量意义重大。[方法]在大理州南涧县研究了不同氨基酸含量的复合肥对红花大金元农艺性状、经济性状以及内在化学成分的影响。[结果]施用氨基酸含量为10%的复合肥处理的烟株封顶10 d后最大叶面积比对照高109.05 cm2;烤后烟叶产值为39 134.16元/hm2,比施用不含氨基酸的复合肥处理高2.32%,比施用氨基酸含量为7.5%的复合肥处理(产值最低)高5.39%;施用氨基酸含量为10%的复合肥处理的烟株初烤后的烟叶整体协调性表现最佳,各内在化学成分均处于优质烤烟烟叶范围内。[结论]施用氨基酸含量为10%的复合肥较好地促进了烤烟的生长发育,提高了烤烟的产量,改善了其烟叶的品质。

Abstract: | [Objective]The research aimed to study the relationship between amino acid in the flue-cured tobacco leaves and inherent quality.It was important for taking measures on the improvement of the quality of flue-cured tobacco.[Method] The effects of compound fertilizer with different contents of amino acid on the agronomic traits,economic characters and inherent chemical components of Hongda in Nanjian County,Dali Prefecture were studied.[Result] The highest leaf area ratio of the compound fertilizer treatment with 10% amino acid after the cap of tobacco plant 10 days was higher than that of the control by 109.05 cm2.The production value of flue-cured tobacco reached 39 134.16 Yuan/hm2,which was higher than that of the control and the compound fertilizer treatment with 7.5% amino acid by 2.32% and 5.39%,resp.Whole harmony of the compound fertilizer with 10% amino acid after tobacco drying for the first time showed better,and its inherent chemical components was among the range of high quality flue-cured tobacco.[Conclusion] The compound fertilizer with 10% amino acid could promote the growth of the flue-cured tobacco relatively,enhance the yield and improve the quality. |
