| 摘 要： | 从城市土地利用的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益3个层面构建了土地利用现状评价指标体系,对海口市2011年城市土地利用情况进行了综合评价。评价结果表明,海口市土地利用经济效益分值为96.18,生态效益分值为90.89,社会效益分值为104.21,综合得分为95.39,总体水平处于海南省前列。

| Abstract: | The evaluation index system for land use status was constructed from three aspects of economic benefit,ecological benefit and social benefit.The urban land use situation in Haikou City in 2011 was comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that,the score of economic benefit,ecological benefit and social benefit are 96.18,90.89 and 104.21,respectively.Haikou City is in the forefront of Hainan Province in land usage. |
