基于UG的犁体曲面的设计与制造

摘    要:该文分析了犁体曲面设计制造的现状,提出并实现了一种基于UG软件来设计制造犁体曲面的办法。首先以翻土型犁体为例,计算出犁体曲面设计的主要参数,然后在UG的建模环境下通过由曲线构面的方式创建了犁体曲面,最后在UG的加工环境下通过型腔铣和固定轴曲面铣完成了对犁体曲面的粗精加工。实践表明,该方法是更高效地、高质量地设计加工犁体曲面的方法。该研究对其它农业机械的设计制造有良好的借鉴意义。

Design and Manufacture of Plow Surface Based on UG

Abstract:The current situation of design and manufacture of plough surface was analyzed,a method to design and manufacture of plow surface based on UG software was proposed.Firstly,taking turning type plow for example,the main parameters of design of plough surface were calculated.And then the plough surface was created through curves in UG modeling module.Finally,the rough and finishes machining to plough surface through the cavity milling and fixed axis surface milling in UG machining module was completed.The practice showed that this method is more efficient and high quality to design and manufacture plow surface,which has a good reference for the design and manufacture of other agricultural machinery.
