铜陵生姜挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的]对铜陵产地的生姜挥发油进行研究,为铜陵生姜的开发利用提供理论依据。方法]采用气相色谱质谱联用技术对铜陵生姜挥发油成分进行分离和鉴定,并采用峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量。结果]试验共鉴定出铜陵生姜的12种主要成分,共占挥发油总量的67.356%,其中5种成分首次在生姜中发现。另外,姜烯含量最高,达到16.730%。结论]研究表明,铜陵生姜在化学成分种类和含量上与其他产区的生姜有所不同,具有开发利用价值。

Study on the Chemical Components of Volatile Oils from Tongling Ginger by GC-MS

Abstract:Objective] To study ginger volatile oil from Tongling and provide theoretical basis for development and utilization.Method] Using gas chromatography mass spectrometry,Tongling ginger essential oil components were separated and identified and each component content was calculated by the method of peak area normalization.Result] 12 major ingredients were identified,accounting for 67.356% of the total volatile oil content,and 5 ingredients were first found in ginger.In addition,zingiberene was the highest content,up to 16.730%.Conclusion] The results indicated that Tongling ginger was different in category and content of their chemical composition from other producing areas ginger,which has the development and utilization value.
