| 摘 要： | 云茶产业是云南省重要的民生产业,全省涉茶人口约占总人口的1/4。该文剖析了云南茶产业存在的主要问题,提出了强化政策支撑,争取多方支持;立足绿色生态优势建立云茶竞争力,用先进的大健康产业理念引领云茶产业的发展;稳定面积,优化种植,全面提升基地建设水平和产出;依靠科技创新,优化产品结构,凸显普洱茶、红茶产品优势,提高精深产品的比率,延长产业链,增加附加值;积极打造云茶品牌,加大市场开拓和营销网络构建力度,提升云茶综合效益这5大发展对策。

| Abstract: | Tea industry is the important livelihood industry in Yunnan Province.The main existing problems were analyzed,several countermeasures were put forward,including： strengthen policy support,and strive for more support;Based on green ecological advantages to establish Yunnan tea competitiveness,with the advanced concepts of health industry leading Yunnan tea industry development;Stabilize area,optimize planting,comprehensively enhance the level of base construction and output;Rely on scientific and technological innovation,optimize product structure,prominent Pu’er tea,black tea product advantage,improve the profound product ratio,extend the industrial chain,increase added value;Actively build Yunnan tea brand,increase the intensity of market development and marketing network construction,promote Yunnan tea comprehensive benefits. |
