小叶杨叶片挥发性物质成分分析

摘    要:为进一步研究小叶杨树枝把 (Populus simonii Carr.)诱集棉铃虫的机制,采用常规的水蒸气蒸馏法对采自新疆石河子大学实验场的小叶杨叶片进行挥发物质的提取,二氯甲烷做萃取剂,应用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)进行分离和鉴定萃取到的气味物质的化学组分,结果显示:水蒸气蒸馏法共得到10个峰,其中鉴定出结构的有9个,其中主要成分有苯甲醇(Benzyl alcohol)和丁香酚(Eugenol),含量分别为35 23;和21 97;.

Abstract:To further comprehend attracting Helicoverpa armigera by volatiles from wilted leaves of Populus simonii Carr.in Shihhotze University Laboratory,a study was rerorted sbout the chemical components of the volatilizing odor from Populus simonii Carr.leves.The odor was extracted by steam distillation and further identified by chromatographmass spectrometry,ten peaks were obtained from the extracted odor,in which nine components were identified.The main components are Benzyl alcohol(35.23%)and Eugenol(21.97%).
