论消除“剪刀差”与增加农民收入

我国工农产品价格剪刀差长期延续,是优先发展工业的不平衡发展战略和制度缺陷所致。剪刀差的存在,有力地支持了我国的工业化发展,但也带来了农业发展的滞后和农民收入增长的缓慢。因此,要构建社会主义和谐社会,就必须增加农民收入,为此,必须完善粮食等农产品购销制度,大力提高农业劳动生产率,缩小直至消除剪刀差。

The long-term continuation of the scissors gap between the prices of agricultural and industrial products is the result of the bad- balanced developing strategy of first development of industry and the defects of the systems.Although the existence of the scissors gap has strongly supported the industrialization in China,it has brought about the stagnancy of the agricultural development and the slow increase of the peasant°?income.Therefore,to construct the harmonious socialism is under the necessity of increasing income of the peasants.For this purpose,it is necessary to perfect the system of purchasing and maketing of agricultural products like grains and energetically raise labor productivity of agriculture to narrow and eliminate the scissors gap.
