Factors affecting the grain quality of mid-late spring wheat varieties

Abstract:It is established that the formation of protein in grain of mid-late soft spring wheat is affected mainly by growing conditions as well as by the forecrop and nitrogen fertilizer. The gluten content almost equally depends on these factors and wheat varietal characteristics.
