摘 要: | [目的]利用表面活性剂协同超声波提取大豆豆荚中黄酮,并用响应面法(RSM)对该工艺进行优化。[方法]在单因素试验的基础上,选择表面活性剂含量、超声功率和液料比为随机因素进行3因素3水平的Box-Behnken中心组合设计,采用RSM法分析3个因素对响应值的影响。[结果]表面活性剂辅助超声提取大豆豆荚黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)含量0.46%,超声波功率125W,液料比13∶1(ml/g),提取时间50min。[结论]在此条件下,大豆豆荚总黄酮提取率达到9.75%,与理论预测值基本吻合,说明该优化方法切实可行。

Abstract: | [Objective]Ultrasonic extraction assisted with surfactant was applied to gain flavonoids from the soybean pods and response surface methodology (RSM) was applied to optimize the extraction conditions. [Method]Based on the signal factor test,surfactant mass ratio,ultrasonic power and the ratio of liquid to solid were chosen as casual factors,a three-factor and three-level Box-Behnken central composite design leading to a set of 17 combinations of these variables was performed to attain the highest weighed value of yields of flavonoids. [Results]The optimal ultrasonic extraction assisted with surfactant conditions were determined as follows: sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) 0.46%,ultrasonic power 125 W,and ratio of liquid to solid 13∶1. [Conclusion]Under these conditions,the extraction ratio of soybean pods flavonoids was 9.73%,which were consistent with the predicted values. The results demonstrated the validity of this extraction process. |
