液体在结球甘蓝叶面上的行为趋势分析

摘    要:称重法测定的结果表明:结球甘蓝叶片对水的持留量为0.33 mg/cm2,表面活性剂TX-10降低了水的表面张力,能增加其在结球甘蓝叶片上的持留量.用摄影法记录结球甘蓝叶片上的液滴的行为趋势,结果表明绝大部分清水形成的液滴从结球甘蓝叶面滚落,而TX-10溶液形成的液滴能在结球甘蓝叶面很好地润湿展布.

Abstract:Weighing-method was adopted to determine the retention of water on cabbage leaf and the result showed it was only 0.33 mg/cm2 and was increased with the water surface tension reduction resulted from by surfactant TX-10 application.The pictures recording the action of drops of liquid on cabbage leaf showed that the drops of water was rolled out of the leaf,whereas the drops of TX-10 solution was wetted and spread on cabbage leaf.
