| 摘 要： | 以仙客来幼苗作为试材,在不同温度下处理72 h后,对其根系活力、丙二醛及膜透性进行测定。结果表明,在35℃高温下,仙客来幼苗叶片膜透性及丙二醛含量显著上升,根系活力显著下降。通过在40℃恒定高温下对仙客来幼苗进行不同时间的处理,发现当处理时间达到6 h时,叶片蛋白质含量显著降低,在一定程度上表明仙客来幼苗对40℃高温的最长忍耐时间为5 h。

| Abstract: | Taking Cyclamen persicum‘Da Hong’young plants as test material, root vitality, malonaldehyde and membrane permeability were tested after 72 hours treatment under different temperatures. The results indicated that under the high temperature of 35℃, membrane permeability and content of MDA in leaves would rise dramatically, whereas the root vitality dropped sharply. After 6 hours treatment under 40℃, the content of protein dropped sharply, it proved that the longest tolerate time of cyclamen to 40℃ was 5 hours. |
