| 摘 要： | 以蓖麻的根、茎、叶作外植体分别在附加不同激素的MS培养基上进行培养，研究表明：茎段（侧芽或顶芽）在附加BA0.5mg/L,NAA0.001mg/L,水解乳蛋白(LH)10mg/L和氯化胆碱(CC)5mg/L的MS培养基上，芽的增殖率最高，可达200%，而且长势较好。

| Abstract: | The roots?shoots and leaves of castor plant were cultured in vitro on the MS medium with different hormone. The main results showed that:propagation of the buds were promoted most obviously when the shoots of castor plant were cultured in vitro on the MS with 0 5 mg/L of BA and 0 001 mg/L NAA and 10 mg/L LH and 5 mg/L Choline chloride. |
