| 摘 要： | 从白千层收割后第6个月开始取样至第18个月止，采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取白千层油，应用气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析白千层油化合组分。结果表明∶在湛江地区种植6a后的白千层油各项质量指标均达到国际标准水平。在1a中的不同收获时间内，白千层油的主要质量指标——松油烯醇-4、校叶油素和产油率均有较大变化

| Abstract: | Melaleuca was sampled from the sixth month to eighteenth month after harvest, and Meleuca oil was extracted by distillation. The chemical constiuents of Melaleuca oil were analyzed by using gas chromatograph-
mass spectrometer. The results showed that all the indexes for the quality of the oil extracted fom Meladeucas grown in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, China for six years lived up to the related internationalstandard (ISO 4730:1996).The main quality indexes of melaleuca oil such as Terpine-4-ol,1.8-Cinele and il-producing rate varied significantly at different harvest time within a year. |
