芳香樟插条育苗研究

本文论述芳香樟插条育苗技术和成年期香樟复壮方法和技术。 芳香樟插条育苗技术要点:取直径0.4—0.9cm液芽饱满半木质化的健壮带叶枝条作材料。三月扦插前插条用200ppm木素酸钠处理,八月扦插前用1％H_2O_2处理后再沾用1000ppm1:1的IBA+NAA粉剂。扦插后注意保持插壤湿润、空气流通,相对湿度保持在80％以上,气温一般不得超过30℃。三月扦插,八月上旬移植;八月扦插可到翌年二月前移植。 芳香樟复壮方法,可使用室内舌接法及室外切接法。

A STUDY ON SHOOT BREEDING OF CINAMOMUM CAMPHORA

The annual growth lam, and the morphological and anatomic structure of shoot rooting of Cinamomum camphora was obtained; and a comprehensive set of methods of shoot breeding favorable for production practic and methods and techniques of making tree younger was found out through experiment. The main technique points of shoot breeding of Cinamomum camphora are as follows. First, take stalwart semi-lignified shoots with 0.4 - 0.9 centimeter in diameter as raw meterials, when shoots are planted before March, they should be treated with 200ppm sodium lignate, when shoots are planted before August, they should be stained with 1000ppm IBA NAA ( 1:1 ) powder after they are treated with 1% hydrogen peroxide. Second, after planting, keep attention to ensuring soil moist and ventilation. The relative humidity should be above 80%, the temperature of air should be lower than 30 C. Third, shoots planted in March and August should be transplanted in the first ten days of August and before February of next year respectively. Besides shoot planting, the methods of whip grafting and stem-cutting-sinde grafting can also be used to make Cinamomum camphora tree younger.
