黄骅市设施蔬菜生产的气象灾害特征及其防御对策

摘    要:对河北省黄骅市1990-2012年的23年间设施蔬菜的主要生长季(10月份至翌年3月份)的气象资料进行分析,并配合大量的实际调查,发现影响黄骅市设施蔬菜生产的主要气象灾害是大风、强降温、大雾、连阴天等天气过程.逐个对其进行统计分析,分析其变化特征,结果表明:黄骅市极端最低气温呈整体上升趋势;强降温、大风、大雾的出现次数则呈现明显减少的趋势;降雪和寡照天气过程的次数增加明显.针对这些变化特征,对灾害的防御措施进行了探讨.

Abstract:Combined with actual investigation in Huanghua city, Hebei province, the meteorological data in the main growth season of vegetable (from October to next March) from 1990 to 2012 were analyzed. It was found that the main meteorological disasters to the vegetable production in Huanghua city were the weather process of fresh gale, strong cooling, longtime overcast and heavy fog. And the relevant statistical analysis figured out the characteristics of these weather processes.The results showed that the extreme minimum temperature of Huanghua had shown an overall upward trend; the number of occurrences of strong cooling, fresh gale and fog decreasea significantly while the number of occurrences of snowfall and scant sunlight increased evidently. In response to these variations presented, disaster prevention measures were also discussed.
